MY BEST GIFT TO THIS DIWALI...!!!

The life today has become so busy that no one actually cares about wishing the neighbours atleast....but on the eve of lights and sounds....i got a great gift this time.... i always heard diwali is a festival of exchanging sweets ad gifts and good wishes but never experienced it...and this time i am successful in achieving the most chweeeeetest gift of my life......excited then read the next few lines....

one the eve of Diwali, i went to the market to buy some candles and flowers for the evening decoration of the home....i bought them and was on my way home...... i was watching many people buying firewords from the stalls set up on the road side when suddenly i got to a see a little girl(aged around 3yrs.)  catching her mom's hand and walking in the opposite direction to me.....when i saw her she was smiling seeing me and i dont know why but i felt that she was very happy....i smiled back and moved on.

after a second or two, i felt some one puling my dupatta and so stopped and looked back....to my surpise...it was the same girl...i asked her why she was caling me.....

me: what happen dear???

girl: u bend once i want to tell u something......

i did just as the girl asked me to..... then she took my hand

girl: akka(sister), wish u HAPPY DIWLAI akka.......

(and then she kissed me gently on my cheek.....)

me: thanq dear and wish u the same ( i kissed her back and gave her a nice red rose that i already had..... she was very happy)

girl:(went to her mom)....mamma!! sister gave me a rose......she is a good sister na....(she waved me back 0 and said i like ur gift and will not give it to anyone.....

** this is my gift. a nice diwali wish from a beautiful little girl whom i never knew nor seen..... on that busy road in our busy life we forget to wish someone we know for years...... i will remember this gift all my life.....

WAT DID U GET FOR THIS DIWALI???????

WEEPING THRO' THE LIGHTS & BREATHING HARD...!!!!

wishing a very happy diwali to all my readers.... i wish them enjoy this day with lots of happiness and cheer. be careful and play safe........

while everyone talk about the diyas and the crackers...let me talk something different..... the prices have gone up of everything, and also the crackers, diyas and the electrical lights, which occupy a very important place in the Diwali time..... but still there are not many people thinking about this and they do spend their money on buying everything...... DIWALI----the time to gift our dear ones with a special gift, the time of making everything look new and at times getting something new to the home.... especially it is the time to gift our dear ones...

so, we gift our mother NATURE something for which she is not happy at all.... she is weeping all the day for our gift and struggling very hard to breathe....yet she is not shedding the tears down....and u may wonder about what that gift is.... it is the harmful gases that are evolved when we burn the crackers.... the twinkling sparks in the sky are beautiful to see but we don't think about the harm that it is causing to the atmosphere....we are very happy for doing so, we jump and shout seeing the harm and we don't stand on the ground with that happiness....

toady, many of the environmentalists speak about the harm because of he polluted atmosphere but they do celebrate this day with the same joy.... this is wat is the present scenario. what we can do is our help to the nature by not firing the crackersthat emit lots of smoke and sounds....

be careful and play safe and not the harmful Diwali....
