WEEPING THRO' THE LIGHTS & BREATHING HARD...!!!!

wishing a very happy diwali to all my readers.... i wish them enjoy this day with lots of happiness and cheer. be careful and play safe........

while everyone talk about the diyas and the crackers...let me talk something different..... the prices have gone up of everything, and also the crackers, diyas and the electrical lights, which occupy a very important place in the Diwali time..... but still there are not many people thinking about this and they do spend their money on buying everything...... DIWALI----the time to gift our dear ones with a special gift, the time of making everything look new and at times getting something new to the home.... especially it is the time to gift our dear ones...

so, we gift our mother NATURE something for which she is not happy at all.... she is weeping all the day for our gift and struggling very hard to breathe....yet she is not shedding the tears down....and u may wonder about what that gift is.... it is the harmful gases that are evolved when we burn the crackers.... the twinkling sparks in the sky are beautiful to see but we don't think about the harm that it is causing to the atmosphere....we are very happy for doing so, we jump and shout seeing the harm and we don't stand on the ground with that happiness....

toady, many of the environmentalists speak about the harm because of he polluted atmosphere but they do celebrate this day with the same joy.... this is wat is the present scenario. what we can do is our help to the nature by not firing the crackersthat emit lots of smoke and sounds....

be careful and play safe and not the harmful Diwali....
HAPPY DIWALI TO U AND UR FAMILY AND FRNDS....!!!!

Thoughtful post mate...

Unfortunately no one seems to be buying into this movement as it is just one day of the year...

Am more worried about the noise pollution than the air given that its polluted always :(

take care... cheers..

HEY ARV....
thanx for visting my blog and i hope u will do it in future as well.....

i agree with u taht the sound pollution also is to be taken care of.......but still one disturbing thing about the air polution too.....

lot more gases enter the atmosphere on the diwali day which are really very harmful to the humans.....if it is with in our locality alone...the wat abt the whole city, the state and the country and the world.....

i dont want to prove anything...but still its not only the sound pollution but also the air pllution is a serious issue.....

Nice post........

Actually I stopped burning crackers after 06' but this year I went home and there i was indeed forced into this act of burning crackers........ they had a very diff. perspective of crackers which is very tough to be erased by simple sayings........ something big needs to do done or maybe will all will be in despair later....
